Home Creations is a family-owned local builder of new homes celebrating its 25th year in business this year.  From the first home built by brothers Jalal and Mohammad Farzaneh in Norman back in 1981, the company has grown to almost 100 employees building in 25 communities throughout Oklahoma City and Broken Arrow.  The company sold about 500 homes in 2005, and the goal for 2006:  700 new home sales!

Getting his company involved with Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity's 2006 Home Builders Blitz means the world to owner Jalal Farzaneh.

"All of us are blessed in so many ways that we cannot count them.  Yet some of us may not have a good shelter to call home,” Jalal said.  “I envy Millard and Linda Fuller who established Habitat for Humanity and spent their personal wealth building homes for others, President Jimmy Carter who gave Habitat the national push, and David Weekly who is part time with his homebuilding company in order to do charity work.  This is real satisfaction in life, and I hope one day to join the ranks of great people like the Fullers, President Carter, and David Weekly to provide housing for those with less means.  Our participation in Oklahoma City’s Habitat project this year is only a small step for us to get involved in a big way that was established by great philanthropists of our time," he added.

Home Creations is honored to roll up our sleeves with our valued suppliers and contractors and build a new Habitat home in five days.

As an Energy-Star certified home builder, Home Creations offers four home collections representing four different sizes, price ranges, and amenity packages:  Village, Sonoma, Wellington, and Platinum.  In addition, Home Creations has 18 fully furnished show homes open seven days a week for new home buyers’ shopping pleasure and convenience.  Buyers using JMR Mortgage for their new home financing save approximately $2,500 in lender and title company costs, as Home Creations pays those costs on the buyers' behalf.  The company is the only major metro builder in the OKC area to utilize three construction elements in all its homes for tornado safety:  tornado straps, anchor bolts, and oriented strand board sheathing.

Over the years, Home Creations has received the following honors:

  • 1998    Master Builder Award, Owens Corning
